If you have some experience with young horses and would like to work in a friendly, international team, we should get to know each other as soon as possible!

Depending on your qualifications, your job will involve various tasks, e.g:

• care and grooming of our horses
• general stable management, e.g. keeping our stable and vet documentation, coordinating farrier appointments etc.
• getting ready for training
• lunging
• hacking
• keeping our stablebook and vet documentation
• coordinating farrier appointments

The Elmar Lesch Eventing Team has another vacancy for a ‘Working Pupil’ or trainee. Several riders who are now successful in top international sport have used their time at Elmar Lesch as a springboard into their international sporting careers. These include current participants in the 2024 Olympic Games and the last World and European Championships. Now there is another opportunity to become a long-term member of the Elmar Lesch Eventing Team. An opportunity to ‘ride a lot and learn a lot’: from the 4-year-old youngster to the international competition horse, you will go through the different levels - at home and at competitions. You will also gain an in-depth insight into the processes and management of a professional eventing stable. You can also improve your foreign language skills, as a colourful team of several nationalities lives and trains in Bavendorf.
